Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for all orders.
Shipping Security: To protect our customers, all shipments must be made to the Cardholder's Billing Address or a PayPal Verified Address.
Alternate Addresses: If you need to ship to a secondary location, please add that address to your credit card by calling the customer service number on the back of your card.
Return Policy
ELECTRONIC PARTS NOTICE: Due to the sensitive nature of radio components and the risk of damage during installation, we cannot accept returns on any and all parts.
This ensures you never receive a "second-hand" part. We stand by the integrity of our inventory so you can trust the gear you receive.
General Items: Most other new, unopened items (brackets, cases, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks. This includes transit time (5-10 business days), our processing time (3-5 days), and bank processing (5-10 days).

We ship virtually anywhere in the world, though some international restrictions apply to specific radio equipment.
Rates & Weight: All shipping rates are weight-based and rounded up to the next full pound per carrier standards.
Estimates: Delivery dates are estimated at checkout based on your selected provider and item availability.
