Store Policies



Terms of payment accepted are Visa and MasterCard with shipments being made to the Card Holder's address, Paypal to the verified address. Please let us clarify; the Card Holder's address is normally the address where you receive your credit card bill. You may be able to add additional addresses to your credit card by calling the customer service  800 number on the rear of your credit card. If you have problems with the Address Verification System or wish to make payment by other means please contact us at sales@goldeneagleradios.com .


Barkett Electronics does not accept returns of any merchandise without a previous authorization. There will be no returns on manuals or electronics components except when wrong item was shipped as per your order. You must obtain a return authorization number from Barkett Electronics prior to return. This number must appear on the package near the mailing label. If the number is not clearly identified when the package arrives, it will be refuse. Returns are not accepted on a C.O.D. basis. We recommend, for your protection that all parcels are insured. All merchandise returned under our authorization is subject to a 15% restock fee and must be in the original condition as shipped and received with in 30 days of shipping.


 To obtain a return authorization number; e-mail us at sales@goldeneagleradios.com , stating the reason for the return, the items being return, also include you name, address, telephone number and the invoice number and date.


Damages and Claims

If your order arrives damaged, you must note it on the delivery bill or with the delivery carrier. Retain all shipping containers, packing, original mailing / insurance receipts, invoice for proof of value and all contents that where received for inspection. The carrier is responsible for concealed damage and all shipments are insured. You must notify us of all shipping damage claims within 10 days of receipt of package.  It should be noted that most items purchase from this web store will be shipped USPS so you must file a claim, do not return items to us. USPS will require you to return all items in that shipment and to file a claim on all items, even those not damaged.



USA shipping only with most shipments being handle by US Mail, if you are one of our Canadian customers please contact us by e-mail, as this site is not set up to ship outside the USA.
